We are here to support the utilisation of services within Universities and their schools.
What is knexusport?
knexusport. is a platform that is dedicated to elite and amateur athletes wanting to improve their performance, rehabilitation post injury or image diagnosis from medical scanning.
The platform was developed in April 2023 and went live on the 12th June 2023. It is being used by several educational establishments and imaging providers. We have developed wider partnerships that will start to see activation late 2023 to early 2024.
The platform is a start-up and has gained traction with being awarded contracts to serve the Premier League, English Football League and English Cricket Board for their medical imaging and medical diagnosis provision.
We are developing partnerships across various other sports including cycling, rugby, triathlon, general fitness, and hockey.
Our pricing model.
The typical pricing model that we have set up is £60 per site per month to be listed on the platform, and 10% revenue charge. We typically take the payment and then we pay on invoice from the organisation the outstanding balance.
The listing fee is seen as a commitment from the organisation to make the platform work for them and that we do not have redundant services being posted with no active provision.
Data Protection and Information Storage.
Within all our services we have terms of service for the client buying the service, and then we have our privacy and data protection.

We would look to establish with the University a partnership brand guidelines. This would protect both parties digital assets, logos and branding.

From our experience both whilst launching Knexusport but with the previous experience of working in healthcare and performance based services a lead time of 6 months would be required to establish a strong customer base.
System Integration.
Each university will want to use our system differently that is why we have created several ways in which the platform can be used to market appointment availability.
API Integration (our preference)
This allows full integration into an established clinical or patient data system. It will allow us to pull all appointments available, and we will automatically integrate all booking details into your platform. This will come at a small charge and will quote this at the time of interest.
Diary Management (Outlook)
We can send appointments directly into an outlook calendar - this will allow an administrator or clinician to see a calendar of appointments. You set the available appointments and what your booking rules are including any forms that you will need completing prior to the appointment such as medical questionnaire etc.
Manual Entry of Appointments
You can appoint someone to put appointments into our platform whether ad-hoc or as a regular set of available appointments. You will be notified by email and calendar as and when these are booked up. External Booking - existing system
If the existing system of the University has an API built that allows the automatic population of appointments directly into the system we can embed the iframe code into our website. This will use your existing booking parameters.
Legals and Other Information.
Legal Agreements
We have already been through extensive legal arrangements with another academic institution which has provided us with what will become a standard template contract. This includes all appropriate details that will satisfy most academic institutions.
Added Value
knexusport. has wider knowledge base that can bring value to the university. We have a selection of key individuals who have worked in the sports industry and can create accelerator and incubator programmes. We would be happy to share our proposal on this with you.
