Book imaging, physiology and performance testing across our network, and keep every result in one record.
A four-step demo: athlete, club doctor, international team, tournament director. The button bottom-right walks you through it. About three minutes.
Open the homepage, sign in as any of the four roles from the nav, and explore. You can launch the guided walk at any time from the button bottom-right.
Self-refer for an MRI in minutes, book physiology and performance testing across our network, and see your results fast. No GP letter, no waiting weeks.
Transparent pricing. Safety screened. No GP letter required.
Single services, or a care pathway booked as one thing. Each part is routed to the right kind of place: scanning to a scanning centre, physiology to a physiology suite.
knexusport is a sports imaging and athlete medical platform. Book a scan, a blood profile or physiology testing across a live network, get it reported by a specialist, and keep every result in one record that follows the athlete, not the fixture list.
Self-refer for an MRI, or book bloods, physiology and performance testing. Scanning goes to a scanning centre, physiology to a physiology suite. Price shown upfront.
Images are read by a specialist radiologist. Reports route to whoever should receive them, including a clinician you nominate in advance.
Every scan, test and report sits in one athlete record, consent-led, and travels with them between club, country and tournament.
The same engine underneath, a genuinely different experience depending on whether you are looking after yourself, a squad, a country or a whole tournament.
Self-refer for a scan, book testing, and see your own trends over time.

For athletes, this is your whole performance picture in one place. Every scan, blood test and physiology result sits on one timeline, each released once a clinician has reviewed it, with a specialist a tap away. Your data is yours, and you choose who else can see it. This is a logged-in example.
Talk to a doctor, physio, performance nutritionist or sport psychologist, virtually or in person, all within the network.
VO2 max is the most oxygen your body can use at full effort, in millilitres per kilo per minute. It is one of the best single markers of aerobic fitness. Higher is generally better, and a rising trend across tests means your aerobic base is improving. Yours is up from 49 to 58 since July. Read it alongside your training load and bloods, not on its own.
Iron, hormones, bone health and cycle context, read for the female athlete, with the right clinician.
A day-by-day plan for light, sleep and meal timing when you cross time zones, with melatonin flagged for a clinician.
For clubs, this is one place to run your squad's medical and performance testing. Your medical and performance team books for any athlete, reports file automatically against the right player, and you control what each player sees in their own view. Billing runs to Health Partners or to the club. This is a logged-in example.
When on, a head acceleration event above threshold from any player's instrumented mouthguard triggers the HIA pathway and is logged against their record, bridged in via Apple Health. Mouthguards are linked across the squad.
Build a day-by-day plan for the squad when you cross time zones: light, sleep and meal timing, with melatonin flagged for the team doctor.
Set the prices that drive the booking funnel. Changes apply to new bookings straight away. Internal screen.
This is your called-up squad, the same kind of squad view a club doctor works from, for the tournament. The difference is ownership: each record is held by the player's domestic club until it transfers to you for the tournament window. Each card shows whether the record has transferred, the handover from the domestic team doctor, and the player's file once it is in. Records revert to the club when the window closes.
When on, a head acceleration event above threshold from any called-up player's instrumented mouthguard triggers the HIA pathway and is logged against their tournament record, bridged in via Apple Health. The match-day doctor can open any player's HIA record pitchside.
If you are a visiting international team, build a directory of local services around your fixtures. Pick a tournament and its host cities, or set up a friendly, series or tour and add the cities yourself. We pull together local medical and diagnostic services around each venue. Contacts are curated, consented and email-only, the same model we ran for the Women's Rugby World Cup.
The consultants this club uses, by area, in one place. When the medical team asks us to send a player's images and report to a named consultant, the request is logged here, by the club or by knexusport, and we confirm once it has been sent.
Pick a player and a consultant, choose what goes, images, report or both, and record who asked. We mark it sent once it has been dispatched and text the requester to confirm.
One thread with your medical team and the services connected to you. Every message is written to the file audit, so it is clear who received what and when.
Matches and international windows sync from the tournament schedule. You add your own training, friendlies and breaks, so medical planning sits against the full picture. Window dates are when records transfer and revert.
The medical and performance staff on this account, and what each can do. Invite colleagues and the team doctor here.
University and partner physiology suites in the network. Athletes book them directly, or a club books on their behalf, and results flow to the athlete and, with consent, the club. This is reached through an athlete or club account, not a separate door.
Pick a host city to open its medical directory. Every host city follows the same structure: the consultant network, imaging through knexusport, match-day X-ray and the World Rugby concussion process.
The World Rugby head injury assessment, the independent concussion consultant pathway, and the return-to-play timeline, all in one place per venue. This is the pathway we ran for the Women's Rugby World Cup.
A head acceleration event above the World Rugby alert threshold has triggered this assessment. The match-day doctor was alerted in real time. Under the premium HIA protocol, an iMG alert is a formal trigger for an off-field HIA1.
The sensor stream attaches to the player's HIA record and travels with it. Figures shown are illustrative.
The match-day doctor (and tunnel doctor) can open this player's HIA record pitchside, in the moment, without the club handing anything over. They see the iMG alert, the baseline, the HIA history and the current return-to-play stage. Every access is logged.
Pitch-side head injury assessment by the team doctor, logged in SCRM with a timestamp. Outcome determines immediate removal and the 12-minute clock if HIA2 is triggered.
Off-field assessment within 12 minutes. SCAT-style examination, video review, comparison against the player's pre-season baseline. Outcome routed to the medical director.
The full directory across imaging, bloods and physiology. Every entry books in a couple of taps. Prices are indicative and set per service.
A few honest answers about what actually happens at an appointment, from arriving to getting your results.
Imaging reaches the athlete only after a clinician opens the images and releases them. This is the engine behind the in-clinical-review state the athlete sees, and the safe release of any significant finding.
Female athletes are chronically underserved, and it is directly performance-relevant. This reads the bloods and imaging you already do through a women's-health lens, with cycle context and a women's-health clinician on top. Nothing extra to buy, just more meaning from what you already hold.
Reviews your results in a women's-health context and helps you act on them. Booked like any other consult, virtually or in person.
Training hard can tip into low energy availability, which affects bones, hormones and performance. Our clinicians look out for it and will raise it gently if they see signs, with support and never judgement.
This reads the bloods and imaging you already do through a men's-health lens, with a clinician on top. It matters across a career, from hormonal and metabolic markers in younger athletes to cardiac and prostate screening for masters athletes. Nothing extra to buy, just more meaning from what you already hold.
Reviews your results in a men's-health context and helps you act on them, from hormones to cardiac and prostate screening. Booked like any other consult, virtually or in person.
Training hard can tip into low energy availability in men as well as women, affecting bones, hormones and performance. Our clinicians look out for it and will raise it gently if they see signs, with support and never judgement.
Every booking routed to you, in one place, reconciled against your account. No phone calls, no chasing paperwork.
An account is free. You pay per test, with the full price upfront and no hidden fees. Clubs, universities and tournaments are invoiced.
Everyone gets one. Results history, retest reminders, connect your data and clinician access.
Full package of care, the price you see upfront. No commitment.
Whole-squad access, club workspace and per-booking billing.
Every result can be discussed with a clinician through the platform, virtually or in person. Imaging is only released after a clinician has reviewed it, so it reaches you with context, not on its own.
Most sports clubs are not registered with the Care Quality Commission, and whether registration is needed depends on the regulated activities involved. We do not claim certification. What we provide is CQC-aligned governance, built on established frameworks, and support to be ready if and when registration applies. We would rather be straight about this than overstate it.
Works for any sport, and you control exactly who is in. Set up in a few minutes.
Your space is empty for now. A few quick steps and your results will start to build, all on one timeline.
Get athletes to a venue across time zones in good shape, with a day-by-day light, sleep and meal plan. This is performance guidance, not medical advice, and melatonin is flagged for a clinician.

Knexusport is operated by KNEXU SPORT LIMITED (company number 14757721), registered at 148 The Rose Bowl, Portland Crescent, Leeds, England, LS1 3HB. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Data protection contact: hello@knexu.co.uk. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
Identity & contact (name, date of birth, sex at birth, email, phone, and where provided your NHS number and sport); health data as special category (imaging reports and results, clinical reports, consultation notes, physiology and performance measurements); booking & payment records — card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers; account & MFA identity; and an append-only usage/audit log that cannot be edited or deleted.
Health data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (UK GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)) and, where applicable, the provision of health care (Art. 9(2)(h)). Other data is processed to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)), to meet legal obligations such as financial-record retention (Art. 6(1)(c)), and for limited legitimate interests such as securing the platform (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out, or records we must retain by law.
Your record is yours. Access by anyone else is a time-boxed grant against it, never ownership of it. Your domestic club's medical team holds your record while you are with them; on call-up, access transfers to the national team for the tournament window and reverts automatically when the window closes. Every grant has a scope and an expiry, and every access is logged. We never sell your data and do not use your health data for advertising.
Partners delivering your booking (imaging, physiology, pathology) under a data processing agreement; your club or national-team medical staff strictly per the grants above; Stripe for payment (booking and payment data, not your clinical record); and authorities only where legally required. Our sub-processors are: Clerk (sign-in/MFA, United States); Supabase (database & file storage, UK/EU region); Vercel (hosting, United States); Stripe (payments, UK/EU); Resend / Microsoft 365 (transactional email, US/EU); and imaging & physiology partners (United Kingdom).
Your clinical record is held in a UK/EU region. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA (for example our identity and hosting providers), the transfer is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
Clinical and imaging records: the standard minimum for medical records — 8 years after your last interaction for adults; for under-18s, until the individual's 25th birthday (or 8 years, if longer). Booking, invoice and financial records: 6 years, to meet tax and company-law obligations. Erasure requests are honoured except where we are legally required to retain specific records, and are logged as a controlled process.
Encryption in transit and at rest; enforced multi-factor authentication on every account; grant-first access control enforced in the database query itself, so a record cannot be returned to anyone without a live grant; an append-only audit trail; strict security headers and a Content-Security-Policy; a same-origin API; and rate limiting on sign-in and payment endpoints. Card data is out of scope for us entirely (Stripe, PCI DSS SAQ-A).
Because the platform processes special-category health data, we have carried out a Data Protection Impact Assessment (completed April 2026) covering the risks of this processing and the measures that reduce them. Its conclusions are reflected in this notice; a summary is available to you or to the ICO on request.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent — contact hello@knexu.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
For athletes under 18, consent is given by a parent or guardian; we verify the guardian relationship at sign-up and record consent against the guardian's account. It remains in force until the athlete reaches 18, when the athlete is asked to consent in their own right.
We use only the cookies necessary to sign you in and keep the platform secure — no advertising or non-essential tracking. If that changes we will add a consent banner first.
Multi-factor authentication is required. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in and second factor secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Knexusport lets you book imaging, physiology and pathology services, and holds the resulting records. Knexusport is the principal and merchant of record on every booking, including partner-delivered ones; partners are paid out by us, never paid by you directly.
Knexusport is not an emergency service and does not provide diagnosis through the platform. Results and reports are produced and interpreted by qualified clinicians and your medical team; clinical responsibility sits with the treating clinician or partner, not the platform. If you have an urgent medical concern, contact 999, or NHS 111, or your team doctor.
Prices are shown before you book, in pounds sterling, and are the total payable. KNEXU SPORT LIMITED is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken through Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. You may cancel and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before your appointment; cancellations within 48 hours, and missed appointments, are non-refundable because the partner slot is by then committed. Where a booking cannot be delivered due to a partner or platform fault, you are refunded in full.
Do not attempt to access records you have no grant for, interfere with the platform's security, or misuse another person's data. Access is grant-based and every action is logged.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Clinical responsibility for the interpretation and delivery of a scan or test rests with the treating clinician or partner, not the platform. Subject to the above, our total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid for the booking to which the claim relates.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms or where required for safety or legal reasons; records we must retain by law are kept even after an account closes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Every report arrives by email or PDF and is matched to one exact booking by its reference, never by name. A clean match is released to the athlete. Anything unmatched or low-confidence is held here for a person to check first.
Each booking carries its own reference (for example KNX-2026-3041). Reports quoting it file automatically. The original PDF or email is always kept as the record of truth.
